Job Description
Your Role
- Define and drive enterprise AI architecture strategies including RAG systems, multi-agent platforms, LLM pipelines, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Architect scalable MLOps and LLMOps ecosystems covering model deployment, monitoring, governance, observability, and optimization.
- Lead the design and implementation of agentic AI solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, and Semantic Kernel.
- Establish Responsible AI and enterprise AI governance standards covering security, compliance, explainability, privacy, and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with engineering, platform, and business teams to deliver production-grade AI solutions at enterprise scale.
Your Profile
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or data science with strong expertise in enterprise AI architecture and Generative AI solutions.
- Hands-on experience with foundation models such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral, and enterprise AI platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Python along with exposure to distributed systems, cloud-native AI infrastructure, and performance optimization technologies.
- Expertise in Prompt Engineering, RAG architectures, vector databases, semantic search, AI security, and scalable inference systems.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and enterprise solutioning capabilities.
