Lead Data Scientist

Your Role

• Drive the organization’s AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI strategy and roadmap.
• Lead and mentor teams of Data Scientists, ML Engineers, MLOps Consultants, and Solution Architects.
• Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions from ideation to production deployment.
• Design and implement Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases and convert them into scalable solutions.

Your Profile

• 12+ years of experience in Data Science, AI/ML, and Advanced Analytics.
• Strong hands-on experience with production-grade AI/ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI implementations.
• Expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Statistical Modeling, and Data Visualization.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Agents, and Generative AI ecosystems. Proficient in Python and other data science programming languages.
• Extensive experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and related frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, model deployment, and monitoring. Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP (preferred), AWS, and Azure.
