Partner – Insurance

1. Lead Insurance Consulting Practice across Life and P&C domains, owning thought leadership, client advisory, and end to end transformation engagements spanning the insurance value chain.
2. Drive Client Relationship and Account Growth by engaging C suite stakeholders, shaping strategic conversations, originating consulting opportunities, and supporting large deals and RFPs.
3. Define and Own Consulting-Led Transformation across legacy modernization, platform consolidation, application rationalization, and operational excellence initiatives for global insurers.
4. Provide Strategic Advisory on insurance operating models, digital transformation, distribution, underwriting, claims, and end to end customer experience, leveraging deep domain expertise.
5. Build and Govern Insurance BA & Consulting Competency, including capability development, skill frameworks, mentoring, quality assurance, and best practice adoption across engagements.
6. Own Delivery Oversight and Governance for complex, multi geography programs, ensuring client outcomes, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and financial performance.
7. Shape Market Facing Thought Leadership through POVs, whitepapers, analyst briefings, and executive presentations on emerging insurance trends, platforms, and GenAI-led innovation.
8. Collaborate with Global Leaders and Practices to align insurance consulting offerings with Wipro’s broader digital, cloud, data, and AI capabilities.
9. Lead and Inspire Teams by setting strategic direction, coaching senior consultants and managers, supporting talent progression, and fostering a high performance consulting culture.
10. Represent Wipro as a Trusted Advisor in the insurance ecosystem—clients, partners, platforms, and analysts—strengthening market credibility and long term relationships.
