AI, Medical Imaging & Digital Health Solutioning

Your Role

As an AI & Digital Engineering Solution SME (Medical Devices), you will drive solutioning, presales, and digital transformation initiatives for global Medical Device organizations. You will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and customers to identify innovation opportunities, define AI-enabled solutions, and develop compelling business cases that accelerate product development and engineering excellence.

This role requires a combination of Digital Engineering expertise, Medical Device domain knowledge, and AI-driven transformation capabilities, along with strong experience in proposal development, customer engagements, solution consulting, and pursuit support.

In this role, you will:

• Lead GenAI use-case discovery workshops and solution framing discussions across Medical Device engineering and product development functions.
• Design innovative solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG, AI-assisted knowledge management, and intelligent engineering platforms.
• Support AI-enabled software development lifecycle (SDLC), test automation, and engineering documentation acceleration initiatives.
• Develop analytics-driven approaches for defect manage

AI & Digital Engineering Expertise

Strong experience in the following areas:

• GenAI Use Case Discovery and Solution Design
• Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• AI-Assisted Knowledge Management Solutions
• AI-Assisted Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Intelligent Test Automation
• Documentation Generation and Engineering Productivity Acceleration

Medical Devices Domain Expertise

Strong understanding of one or more of the following areas:

• Medical Device Product Development Lifecycle
• Software Engineering for Medical Devices
• Embedded Systems Engineering
• Systems Engineering Principles
• Verification and Validation (V&V)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Medical Technology, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in Digital Engineering, Medical Devices, Product Engineering, Solution Architecture, Consulting, or Presales roles.
