Job Description
Responsibilities
- Independently lead portfolio-level Lean, value stream and opportunity discovery interventions, translating current-state waste, bottlenecks and variability into AI-first future-state operating models.
- Create and govern transformation roadmaps that combine Lean, Six Sigma, GenAI, process transformation RPA / workflow automation, analytics, dashboards and change adoption.
- Act as SME and advisor to senior leadership, process excellence leaders, project leaders, sponsors and practitioners on Lean, Six Sigma and AI-enabled process transformation.
- Build, pilot and institutionalize scalable frameworks, toolkits, assessment models, prompt libraries, value stream templates, automation qualification logic and governance assets.
- Help allocated units meet YOY efficiency, client value and quality commitments through structured benefit realization, controls and adoption management.
- Lead knowledge management for the Lean repository and continuously upgrade it with standardized, reusable and AI-enabled assets.
- Convert intervention and operational data into insights, themes, executive narratives and action plans using dashboards, analytics and stakeholder review cadences.
- Ensure responsible, secure and human-centered use of GenAI and automation by embedding risk checks, usage guardrails, validation loops and adoption readiness into solution design.
Technical and Professional Requirements
- Strong understanding of Waterfall, Agile, SAFe, ITIL, ITSM and project / service management tools; ability to tailor Lean interventions to delivery context.
- Working knowledge of GenAI-enabled productivity, prompt engineering basics, knowledge workflows, AI-assisted analysis, workflow automation and automation qualification.
- Ability to define Lean + automation + GenAI operating models, including opportunity pipeline, prioritization, business case, controls, metrics, ownership and adoption plan.
- Advanced problem solving, statistical thinking, data storytelling and data visualization; Power BI and analytics toolkit exposure preferred.
- Strong senior stakeholder management, consulting orientation, facilitation, executive communication and change management capability.
- Awareness of responsible AI principles, risk management, data privacy, security and human-in-the-loop validation for AI-assisted process changes.
