Job Description
Your Role
- Ensure service availability, performance, and incident resolution.
- Lead continuous service improvement initiatives.
- Analyze customer feedback to refine services.
- Collaborate with Service Owners and Stakeholders to simplify the application/infrastructure landscape.
- Resolve Service Run issues and meet SLAs.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver services with a customer-first attitude.
Your Profile
- 12+ years in service delivery management (application/infrastructure support).
- Proven experience in Service Run activities, project delivery, and data mining.
- Strong background in customer advocacy, conflict resolution, and quality control.
- 8+ years in customer service and project management.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and attention to detail.
- Experience handling sensitive/confidential information.
