Customer Relationship And Optimizely, EPI Server

Your Role

• Manage and enhance customer relationship solutions using Optimizely (Episerver) to improve customer engagement and digital experiences.
• Gather business requirements, analyze customer journeys, and translate them into scalable Optimizely-based solutions.
• Configure, customize, and support Optimizely CMS, Commerce, and Digital Experience Platform (DXP) implementations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, marketing teams, and project managers to deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Monitor platform performance, optimize user experiences, and provide ongoing support, training, and best-practice recommendations.

Your Profile

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Digital Experience Platforms, or Optimizely (Episerver) implementations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Optimizely CMS, Episerver Commerce, Personalization, and DXP platform.
• Knowledge of Customer Experience (CX), CRM processes, content management, and digital marketing workflows.
• Experience working with .NET/C#, APIs, integrations, SQL Server, Azure Cloud, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills with the ability to drive customer success initiatives.
