SAP RE-FX

Your Role

• Configure and implement SAP RE-FX solutions for lease administration, contract management, and property management processes.
• Analyze business requirements, conduct workshops, and translate requirements into effective SAP RE-FX configurations.
• Manage lease agreements, acquisitions, disposals, and related financial and compliance processes.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, business, and technical teams to support integrations, testing, and system enhancements.
• Provide production support, user training, reporting solutions, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Your Profile

• 5+ years of experience as an SAP RE-FX Functional Consultant with expertise in Lease Management, Contract Administration, Property Management, and Real Estate Financial Processes.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP RE-FX configuration, lease contracts, acquisitions, disposals, portfolio management, and financial reporting.
• Good knowledge of SAP FI, FI-AA, and integration with related modules to support end-to-end real estate operations.
• Experienced in implementation, support, testing (SIT/UAT), data migration, and business process optimization.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, documentation, and client-facing communication skills.
