CCandB Testing/Validation Lead

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee end-to-end testing for utility billing implementations, ensuring accurate and compliant billing outcomes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop test strategies, execute functional validation, manage defects, and support release readiness.

Drive quality through effective test planning, billing process validation, stakeholder coordination, team mentoring, and comprehensive reporting.

Additional Responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent, with 4–15 years of experience in Quality Engineering focused on Utility Billing and Functional Testing. Strong expertise in test planning, functional validation, defect management, and coordinating testing activities to ensure quality delivery within project timelines.

Technical and Professional Requirements

Proven experience leading testing teams, mentoring team members, and managing large-scale utility billing releases. Strong stakeholder management skills, expertise in UAT coordination, release signoffs, and a track record of driving improvements in testing processes, quality reporting, and delivery predictability.
