Master Data Management – Business Service Reporting & Controls

YOUR ROLE:

In this role you will get a chance to develop the specific knowledge in one subprocess area and will participate in meeting service levels, key measurement targets of the team and delivers a high quality and cost-effective service. You will perform tasks in line with the written procedures under close supervision.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Demonstrate developing knowledge of the structure of the systems and modules used in service delivery
• Display a basic understanding of Capgemini, the way we do business, the technologies involved and operational processes & procedures for services delivered to the client
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn the process specifics within selected process area
• Analyse day to day issues of a practical nature and resolves them
• Good in SAP & CRM system knowledge
• Electronic Fund Transfer (“EFT”)/Automated Clearing House (“ACH”), lockbox checks, and online payments. Lockbox cheques and electronic payments are routed into HRC for processing

YOUR PROFILE:

• Perform and support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
• Prepare and post journal entries (accruals, deferrals, reclasses, adjustments)
• General Ledger Management, Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Prepare and review monthly reconciliations
• Variance Analysis & Insights, Perform P&L and balance sheet variance analysis
• Support management reporting and commentary
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, SOX requirements, and accounting policies
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation
• Participate in control testing and remediation actions
• Manage fixed asset accounting, capitalization, and depreciation
