Cross Trade Automation – CLO Board Approval – Lead Analyst
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Analyst to join our Cross Trade Approval team. The role expects to collaborate between different teams and regions to seek approvals on transactions / trades. The person will be responsible for developing capabilities and transition activities and processes and understand the client’s expectations to work accordingly.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with investment, legal, operations, and risk teams to ensure smooth execution and coordinate approvals of the deals.
• Position as a COE point of contact and build relationships with stakeholders to transition activities and establish the team.
• Compile and present Board packs and presentations for quarterly/monthly meetings and seek approvals.
• Create SOPs, guidelines, checklists and training materials to support operational consistency.
• Implement quality assurance measures and conduct thorough checks for all deliverables.
• Address Client escalation and ensure timely project deliverables.
• Assist in monitoring the performance of new joiners and be responsible to onboard them in the team and provide all necessary trainings.
• Review the activities performed by juniors and new joiners and perform quality checks to provide feedback on the work before sending them to NY stakeholders.
Skills Required:
• MBA in Finance, CFA, or CA qualification.
• Experience in Direct Lending, L&C or private credit is a plus.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Thorough understanding of basic financial concepts and the ability to critically implement them.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills & interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure and with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while demonstrating high sense of ownership and accountability.
• Proven track record of working directly with senior management.
• Proficient in handling client escalations, resource allocation, people management, and project deliverables.
