Job Description

Your Role

We are seeking for an experienced HR Solutions – Sr. Engagement Manager with 14+ years of relevant exposure to join our team. The successful candidate will help in driving the client engagement with HR Solutions and leading/responding to RFI and RFP for H2R domain.

In this role you will play a key role in:

  • Strong project management skills applied in a business/corporate environment.
  • Lead HR Solutions projects according to Capgemin’s BID methodology.
  • Strong experience in HR Solutions and leading/responding to RFI and RFP for H2R domain.
  • Involved in Solution process design levering our curren Methodologies such as DGEM and internal and external HR Benchmarks.
  • Able to estimate FTE requirements based on the data provided by the client in the RFP/RFI.
  • Should have done commercial modelling and FTE sizing to design HR Target operating model.
  • Responsible for managing internal stakeholders ir order to work aligned to BID strategy.
  • Design solution according to the project deadlines and provide the required deliverables.
  • Participate in workshops (if applicable) to capture actions required by Clients to facilitate Solution Design process.
  • Participate in solution defence, Orals workshops.
  • Ensure knowledge sharing with other team members and work in coordination with Practice’s guidelines.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects.
  • Strong Analytical and problem solving skills.

Your Profile

  • Experience in client facing for projects requirement gathering, development and technical deployments.
  • Experience leading/following up Development projects from Solutioning perspective.
  • Working with sales teams to develop and deliver solutions by responding to client RFI/RFP
  • Manage assigned part of the process according to Capgemini BID methodology
  • Provide all teams involved in BID with relevant information on Solution and responsible to own any changes into the solution during the BID process.
  • Working with the client’s HR department and related teams to analyse, design and roll-out key HR operating models including processes and systems to meet changing business needs.
  • Should have done commercial modelling and FTE sizing to design HR Target operating model
  • Support on material creation during each project submission timelines (Internal Reviews, Client’s submissions, others)
  • Designing and delivering the HR operating model including the role of Shared Services/Outsourcing

  • Works with designated stakeholders to gather and finalize commitments on each project (process design, technology enhancements, process standardization, etc.)
  • Maintains collaborative relationships and communication with internal stakeholders.
