Experience Range: 8 to 16 Years & Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech, M.E./M.Tech, MCA or equivalent qualification

Primary Skills: Python (Mandatory), Voice AI, Speech-to-Text (STT), Text-to-Speech (TTS), Conversational AI
Preferred Skills: Google Cloud (Dialogflow, Speech APIs), Google Customer Experience Agent Studio(CXAS) and Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience(GECX)

Location: Open across India (Preferred: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai)
Role and Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of Voice AI solutions using Google Cloud technologies

  • Bring thought leadership and best practices to help customer share the Voice AI transformation roadmap
  • Architect scalable voice-enabled systems using Dialogflow CX/ES, Speech-to-Text, and Text-to-Speech APIs
  • Drive hands-on development using Python for building backend services, APIs, and AI orchestration layers
  • Design and implement end-to-end conversational voice AI solutions including NLU, dialog management, and response generation
  • Integrate voice solutions with enterprise systems (CRM, contact center platforms, APIs)
  • Lead a team of engineers, conduct code reviews, and ensure high-quality delivery standards
  • Optimize latency, accuracy, and user experience in real-time voice interactions
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and analytics for voice applications
  • Ensure security, compliance, and responsible AI practices in voice solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and clients for requirements and solutioning

Technical Skill Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience in Python programming (mandatory)
  • Expertise in Google Cloud Voice & Conversational AI services (Dialogflow, Speech-to-Text, Text-to-Speech)
  • Strong understanding of NLP, NLU, and conversational design principles
  • Experience in building core voice AI solutions for enterprise use cases
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, microservices, and backend integration
  • Experience with real-time streaming and event-driven architectures
  • Knowledge of contact center integrations (Genesys, Amazon Connect, or similar)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred; AWS/Azure good to have)
  • Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes
  • Understanding of monitoring tools and observability practices

Nice to Have Skills

  • Google Customer Experience Agent Studio(CXAS) and Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience(GECX)
  • Experience with Generative AI for voice bots (LLMs, RAG integration)
  • Multilingual voice assistant development experience
  • Knowledge of speech analytics and sentiment detection
  • Exposure to Voice biometrics and authentication systems
  • Experience in optimizing voice UX and conversation flows
