Transition Manager

Your Role

• Lead transition solutioning for large/complex IT deals, collaborating with bid teams and stakeholders.
• Drive end‑to‑end Transition project delivery across multi‑tower, multi‑geography engagements.
• Ensure smooth handover from project phase → hypercare → BAU with strong governance & reporting.
• Manage scope, risks, stakeholder alignment, and identify revenue expansion opportunities.
• Contribute to internal initiatives—process improvement, methodology updates, coaching, and compliance.

Your Profile

• 6-9 Years experience managing and solutioning large IT transitions with strong application management knowledge.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Hands‑on experience leading teams and managing delivery during transition programs.
• Certifications: ITIL V3 (mandatory); PMP/Prince2/Agile knowledge preferred.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work proactively, and drive decisive, high‑quality outcomes.
