Delivery Excellence Manager (Black Belt)

YOUR ROLE

1. Lead and deliver Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and Automation initiatives to improve end‑to‑end business processes.
2. Drive high‑impact transformation projects with measurable financial and operational outcomes.
3. Diagnose current processes, design future‑state solutions, and support implementation.
4. Collaborate with cross‑functional and senior stakeholders to align improvements with business goals.
5. Coach and mentor Green/Black Belts and support a strong Continuous Improvement culture.
6. Conduct Gemba Walks, process mapping, VSM, FMEA, and data‑driven analysisPresent insights, progress, and results clearly to leadership.

YOUR PROFILE

1. 14+ years of overall experience, with 8–10+ years in Continuous Improvement / Business or Digital Transformation
2. Strong hands‑on expertise in Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma (Mandatory: Six Sigma Black Belt certified)
3. Proven experience leading Kaizen and process improvement programs
4. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills
5. Hands‑on experience with Quality frameworks (QC/QA/QI)
6. Working knowledge of RPA and AI‑driven automation projects
