Technical and Professional Requirements

• 18+ years in HCM domain with strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud
• Proven experience in leading CoEs, large transformation programs, and advisory engagements
• Strong track record in pre-sales, client engagement, and practice growth
• Deep understanding of HR processes, digital HR transformation, and emerging trends (AI in HR, experience platforms, workforce analytics)
